If you have difficulty accessing either of the Microsoft Excel files:

Certain users of Microsoft Internet Explorer who are accessing the Internet through a firewall may have a problem when they click on either the loc_hipaa.xls or modifier_def.xls links.

If you receive any pop-up windows asking for a password, click "CANCEL" each time and the link should work.

If you are using another web browser, you may be presented with

a dialogue box similar to the picture below. Select whichever option you prefer.

If you have difficulty viewing the Adobe Acrobat .pdf files:

To view and print these files, you will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software. To download the latest version, please click below:

To save a file to your hard drive.

For PC users, right-click on the link and choose "Save target as" or "Save link as."
For Macintosh users, simply click and hold your mouse button and choose the similar "Save as" options.
