CLINICAL CARE MANAGER (DAY & EVENING)

Responsible for authorizing appropriate levels of care, performing concurrent reviews, and authorizing appropriate treatment for members. Qualified applicants will have a BA/BS and a MA/MS in a related field with a minimum 3 years experience with MH issues; understanding of managed care principles, the behavioral health care delivery system, utilization review and quality improvement. Med/psyche and substance abuse experience helpful. (Salary Range: $44,601 – $59,771)

CLINICAL CARE MANAGER TRAINEE
Performs the duties of a Clinical Care Manager in a training capacity. Ensures that consumers receive timely and medically necessary behavioral health treatment. Responsible for authorizing appropriate levels of care, performing concurrent reviews, and developing treatment plans in accordance with medical necessity criteria. Rotates through all disciplines of clinical management, maintaining a limited caseload and filling in for other Care Managers. Advances to Clinical Care Manager within two years. Qualified applicants will possess a BA/BS and a MA/MS in a social science discipline with a strong clinical curriculum. (Starting salary $42,477)

CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE ANALYST
Responsible for conducting audits of provider policies, procedures, clinical, and billing systems to ensure that services have been provided in accordance with CBH contracts and are meeting regulatory, clinical, and best practices. Must have Master’s degree in clinical behavioral health or closely related field; minimum four (4) years experience in assessment and/or counseling within an adult or child/adolescent behavioral health treatment setting; understanding of diagnostic criteria and appropriate treatment approaches, clinical guidelines or best practices; knowledge of medical necessity criteria, PCPC, and the authorization process; understanding of the DBH/MRS and the Department of Human Services in the areas of case management, child welfare, treatment planning, service planning, and integrated system of care; excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.  Must have valid PA Driver’s License, an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report and own transportation. (Salary Range: $46,831 - $62,760)

PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Responsible for all functions dealing with payroll to include: processing checks, collecting time sheets and calculating employee hours paid; inputting bi-weekly payroll information into ADP payroll software; generating employee and management reports, maintaining ADP database for employee changes, liaison with ADP and interaction with employees to resolve individual payroll issues; maintaining knowledge of all payroll related taxes and regulations.  Minimum 8 yrs. related work experience; experience with computerized accounting systems, Microsoft Office, ADP software, including Reportsmith; Associate’s Degree preferred; American Payroll Association Certified Payroll Professional strongly preferred. (Salary Range:$36,693 - $49,173)
